Description: Leadership isn’t about a title, it’s about the impact you make. This session helps school counselors strengthen their influence, lead meaningful change, and support better student outcomes by using the strengths they already bring to their schools. Through guided instruction, small group conversations, and realistic scenarios, participants will explore practical ways to lead from any role. We’ll focus on effective collaboration, clear and confident advocacy, relationship building, and taking initiative to elevate counseling programs. Counselors will leave with strategies they can use immediately to communicate more effectively, build trust, and confidently guide positive change within their schools.
