Call for Programs

The 70th Annual Professional Growth Conference, themed “Stronger Together,” will bring professional counselors together November 11-13, 2026, at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas. This year’s theme reminds us that Every Person. Every Power. Every Story Matters.

Do you have a powerful research finding, innovative intervention strategy, or transformative best practice to share? The Call for Programs is your opportunity to contribute to the premier gatherings of professional counselors across Texas.

We invite professional counselors, counselor educators, and leaders across the counseling profession to submit program proposals that highlight creativity, inclusivity, courage, and the unique strengths that shape our profession. Share innovative practices, research, and real-world experiences that can inspire colleagues and advance the counseling profession.

Attendees at the Professional Growth Conference include Licensed Professional Counselors, School Counselors, Counselor Educators, Students and other mental health professional counselors.

Call for Program Reviewers

Recruiting qualified volunteers to review and evaluate Professional Growth Conference submissions is essential to the success of the conference. The Texas Counseling Association is committed to providing high-quality educational programming that reflects the current needs of the counseling profession.

If you are interested in supporting this process, please consider serving as a volunteer program reviewer. Reviewers play an important role in helping ensure strong, relevant, and impactful conference programs.
