Description: This presentation will offer a comprehensive guide to developing and leading therapeutic support groups for women recovering from narcissistic abuse. Emphasis will be placed on trauma-sensitive group structure, safety planning, boundary reinforcement, and avoiding re-traumatization. The presentation will also address nuanced ethical issues, such as transference and counter-transference, maintaining group cohesion amidst triggering content, navigating dual relationships in small communities, and distinguishing between support and therapeutic intervention.
