Description: Despite impacting over 10% of the female population and causing symptoms that disrupt daily functioning and reduces quality of life, the gynecological condition of endometriosis has been historically under-diagnosed and underrecognized. This presentation summarizes findings from a qualitative study interviewing women with endometriosis and provides implications for counseling practice.
