As workplace demands increase and organizational support decline, employees are experiencing heightened anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and disengagement. This program addresses the need for mental health professionals, leaders, and employees to understand how toxic workplace dynamics impact mental health and well-being. Participants will explore common characteristics of toxic work environments, the psychological consequences of prolonged exposure, and evidence-based strategies for assessment, intervention. Emphasis is placed on trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and ethically grounded approaches that support both individual coping and systemic change.
