 Jan Friese, Executive Director
Works with the leadership of TCA, its divisions and chapters on all governance issues, public policy initiatives, and strategic planning. Develops and administers specific programs and procedures to implement general policies established by the TCA Board of Directors and Senate. Recommends programs and policies to further the objectives of the association. Organizes, directs and coordinates staff, programs, and activities to ensure objectives are attained, plans are fulfilled, and member and association needs are met. jan@txca.org
 James Jacobs, Chief Operating Officer
Coordinates strategic planning, oversees risk management and legal activities, and manages business insurance. Maintains TCA’s technological infrastructure including development of organizational E-Strategy Plan and the coordination of on-line learning initiatives. Manages and coordinates conference programs and session presenters. Leads the budget process for TCA and its divisions including managing the audit and tax process, grant programs, and the creation of operating procedures. james@txca.org
 Robin Rumancik, Public Relations Coordinator
Writes and distributes all TCA press releases to promote the association, division and chapter events, award winners, grant recipients and public policy issues. Maintains the TCA Press Room and assists the Communications Committee in the development and implementation of a comprehensive media strategy including the creation of a professional counselor Public Service Announcement. Collaborates with staff and Executive Editor on production of TCA newsletter and coordinates with TCA Legislative Counsel to support the public policy agenda. robin@txca.org
 Jennifer Taylor, Office Manager
Provides administrative support to TCA staff, Board of Directors, Senate, Committee Chairs and volunteers. Works with committees on review and approval of Educational Endowment Fund Grant awards as well as Continuing Education Credits for various TCA sponsored workshops. Manages and coordinates exhibitors, sponsors and conference advertisers for all TCA conferences, and coordinates production of conference program books. Manages archives of TCA’s historical files and records, and supports the maintenance of inventory of office supplies and resources. jennifer@txca.org
