Refund Requests

Request for refunds must be received by:

  • 2018 Professional Growth Conference - October 26, 2018
  • 2019 Professional School Counselor Conference - January 25, 2019

Requests received after this date will not be considered for any reason.  A $50 administrative fee is deducted from all refunds and duplicate payments.  Refunds are generally processed 6 - 8 weeks after the event closes.  If your request is denied you will be notified in writing.  Meal function, special event and T-shirt tickets are non-refundable.  Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted to registration@txca.org.
