TMHCA is pleased that all our Action Items, for the 2007-2008 term, have been meet or set into action under the Presidency of Dr. Elizabeth Wilhite and the current 2007 - 2008 Board of Directors
  • Increase membership by ten percent
  • Complete brochure
  • Create a web site
  • Advocacy on the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Board
  • Offer Continuing Education seminars for mental-health clinicians
  • Publish newsletters, and include advertising
  • Participate in affiliated state and national associations
  • Conduct a License Professional Counselor (LPC) survey
  • Computerize By-Laws, review, update, and seek member approval
  • Enlist graduate students to work with TMHCA Board
  • Conduct seminars for the membership, which grant (CEUs) continuing education units
  • Have a gathering for members of the Texas Mental Health Counselors Association
