List of Grants

 TCA offers two types of Grants. The Educational Endowment Fund and The Professional Development Grant. 

EDUCATIONAL ENDOWMENT FUND

The Educational Endowment Fund is a restricted fund which has been established by the Board and Senate of the Texas Counseling Association (TCA). The fund will provide professional development awards to be made for the following purposes: (1)academic awards for course work toward completion of graduate degrees in counseling, human development, or a directly related field; (2)special activities, such as original research, special conference attendance, specialized study; and (3)other professional development or continuing education activities.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT

In an attempt to enhance and strengthen the grass roots of TCA and to more realistically address the professional needs of TCA members across the state, a systematic procedure has been established for the awarding of Grants to Chapter(s) and Division(s) as a means of developing professional development programs, workshops, seminars, continuing education programs (CEUs), and lectureships, both locally and by region.
