SB 715 (Lucio) - Relating to use of consistent terminology to refer to school counselors in the Education Code; companion bills is HB 3809.
LAST ACTION: Sent to the Governor's office.

HB 3809 (Farney) - Relating to use of consistent terminology to refer to school counselors in the Education Code; companion bill is SB 715 (Lucio).
LAST ACTION: Sent to the Governor's office.

SB 925 (Lucio) - Amends Chapter 21.003 of the Education Code to add Licensed Professional Counselors.
LAST ACTION: Passed the Senate and was amended onto SB 715 in the House. Sent to the Governor’s office.

SB 913 (Lucio) - Relating to the reexamination of an applicant for a professional counselor license.
LAST ACTION: Sent to the Governor’s office.

SB 1609 (Schwertner)- Relating to the training of employees of certain covered entities.
LAST ACTION: Sent to the Governor's office.

HB 908 (Nevarez) - Relating to the assessment of an elderly or disabled person's psychological status for purposes of an emergency order authorizing protective services.
LAST ACTION: Sent to the Governor’s office.

SB 401 (Lucio)- Relating to a notification requirement if a counselor is not assigned to a public school campus.
LAST ACTION: Passed unanimously in the Senate, passed in the House as amended; sent to Conference Committee. Senate adopted the Conference Report; House rejected the Conference Report.
